Another place is that the household central air-conditioning water system uses a small heating boiler to assist heating, and also a heat exchanger in series with the air conditioning main unit behind the circulating water pump on the main pipeline, usually a plate type, this is the air conditioning system water and boiler heating water ( The boiler has two circuits of heating and domestic hot water. For heat exchange, when the boiler is used in winter, the boiler temperature is set, the furnace is boiled, the set temperature is reached, the heating circulation pump starts to work, and the water is output to the heat exchanger cycle. The return water on the main pipeline of the air-conditioning system is heated. If the heat exchanger is cancelled and the heat exchanger is cancelled to save the cost, the heating furnace must be connected in parallel to the main pipe. When it is used in winter, the circulating pump of the main system and the heating cycle of the boiler subsystem. The pump grabs water, causing the boiler heating water flow to be insufficient, and the boiler does not function as a heating; there is another way to cancel the heat exchanger. Add a gate valve or a shut-off valve to the main pipe in parallel with the boiler, and close the valve when heating. Off, then cancel the boiler's circulating water pump, because this time is equivalent to connecting the boiler to the air conditioning piping system, this small furnace The circulating pump will suppress the flow of the circulating pump of the main system and can only be canceled. This situation can only be used for boiler heating assistance without providing domestic hot water. Otherwise, because of the principle of the boiler structure, the air conditioner only needs to be opened, and the total domestic hot water is It is not hot. Therefore, this plate heat exchanger must also be used in the case of boiler-assisted heating.

Plate heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency and small footprint. Brazed plate heat exchanger is widely used in air conditioning, heat pump and other systems. The brazed plate heat exchanger can be used in evaporation, condensation, subcooling, oil cooler and other conditions, and its performance is better than shell and tube heat exchanger. The addition of subcooler/economizer in the refrigeration system can improve the energy efficiency and increase the stability of the system; With superior heat transfer performance and low cost, the welding plate can be used as the best choice for system undercooling.
